Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging intact. To start a return, email support@wiseandwell.store with your order number and reason — we'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@wiseandwell.store within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
  • Sale items marked as final sale
